Become a cheese-maker and taste the difference!

Join us for a delightful evening at one of London’s most impressive kitchen showroom spaces, DesignSpace London, and learn easy-to-follow steps of making your own delicious and nutritious plant-based gourmet cheeses at home!

We will explore some traditional methods of cheese making, including curdling milk, probiotic cultured fermentation, smoking and other flavouring techniques.

After the class you will be able to make your own nut milk from scratch and prepare your own selection of gourmet artisan nut cheeses, soft and hard varieties, to impress your friends and family.

We will create an exquisite cheese platter, including:

  • Almond Ricotta
  • Smoked Cultured Macadamia Hard Cheese Coated in Herbs
  • Cultured Black Truffle Macadamia Soft Cheese
  • Sliceable Pistachio Hard Cheese
  • Cashew Mozzarella
  • Grateable Cashew & Pine Nut Parmesan

Extras: Gluten-free snack bites and quality wine are being provided throughout the workshop and we will have homemade crackers with fruit compote, dips and spreads as part of our final tasting together.

+ BONUS DESSERT: In addition to cheese making, we will show you how to prepare quick and easy, yet finger licking delicious Mini Snickers Bars, using only a handful of healthy ingredients and no sugar! (Plant-based, gluten-free)

All participants will receive a recipe guide, which includes the recipes we will prepare.

Whether you’re plant-based/ vegan or not, you’ll be amazed at what you can create with a few simple ingredients and techniques.

We look forward to seeing you!
